Prep Sports Archive was created to preserve and share the history of Ohio high school sports. The goal is simple: make historical game results, scores, and records easy to access for fans, alumni, and the community.

About Me

Hi, I’m Paul Sadler, the person behind Prep Sports Archive. I’ve been involved in high school athletics for nearly 30 years, with the opportunity to coach boys basketball and football at Delphos St. John’s, St. Marys Memorial, Van Wert, and currently Wapakoneta. In addition to coaching, I’ve spent over 15 years calling high school football games on radio and TV.

I built this site out of a passion for high school athletics and a desire to preserve the history of the game. That interest really took shape around 2000, when I would meet with Hall of Fame coach Bob Arnzen and begin documenting the rich tradition of Delphos St. John’s basketball for the Delphos St. John's Alumni site. What started as a personal project has grown into a resource that I hope others find useful and enjoyable.

I'm always working to expand the data and improve the site, and I appreciate any feedback or contributions from the community.
